Body After BabyThe birth of a beautiful, healthy baby brings a newfound sense of joy into the life of each new mother. Unfortunately, the effects of pregnancy on the body are not often met with the same type of excitement. New mothers face a unique set of challenges associated with the changes that occur during pregnancy. Amidst the joy of expanding their family, many new mothers struggle with the physical changes that becoming a mother can have on their body, often experiencing a negative body image as a result. A new mother’s happiness is often marred by concerns over a less than taught tummy, sagging breasts, stretch marks and excess skin. Body After Baby refers to a series of surgical procedures that can help to restore a woman’s body back to its pre-pregnancy contours, and help to give new moms the confidence they deserve!
